The automatic paper turning machine is a high-speed turning machine integrating mechanical and electrical automation with computer control. It is a supporting product for laminating machines and can be connected with laminating machines from any manufacturer. It automatically stacks laminated paper sheets into neat piles according to the preset quantity. As an integrated automatic device, it combines paper collecting, stacking, intermittent turning and palletizing functions, enabling front-and-back stacking.

This machine effectively prevents cardboard deformation after lamination, reduces labor intensity of manual paper collecting, and is suitable for palletizing and collecting single-face corrugated paper, multi-layer corrugated paper, paperboard and other materials. At the top of the machine, the paper is pushed onto the paper supporting board by the second pusher. The side patting device driven by the air cylinder pre-aligns the paper. Then the paper supporting board opens, allowing the paper to drop onto the paper receiving table. The paper supporting board performs final paper patting via the air cylinder, and this process repeats twice.

The paper pushing mechanism feeds empty pallets into the paper receiving table. After the stack is full, the full paper stack is discharged by the roller conveyor. The push plate then feeds an empty pallet into the paper receiving table, enabling non-stop production and improving efficiency.

The roller output mechanism uses powered rollers to discharge the full paper pallet as a whole. A forklift only needs to be positioned between the rollers outside the machine, waiting for the powered rollers to deliver the full paper pallet onto the external receiving rollers, after which the forklift can pull it away. This realizes automated production.
