The working principle of bag-making machine

Film loading: Insert the folded OPP film into the inflation shaft, push it to the designated position, and inflate the shaft with a gas gun.
2. Film winding: Wrap two folded OPP films as required, separating them vertically on the partition plate. Then wind them alternately into the swing arm cylinder, one on top and one below, until the film is fully conveyed into the rubber roller of the servo-driven film tensioning system.


3. Bag-making machine controller: Precisely controls the cutter temperature, ensures stable air pressure and manual film feeding, and guarantees safe operation of the bag-making machine.
4 Self-adhesive tape: Place a roll of self-adhesive tape between two pieces of plexiglass, secure the position, and wind it around the retaining ring that guides the tape back and forth. Attach it to the short edge of the OPP film, ensuring the sealing edge aligns precisely with the color code light sensor. Remove the non-adhesive top layer of the tape and wind it onto the waste collection motor. The motor will automatically activate during machine operation.


5. Cutting blade: Accurately control the cutting blade to slice the bag into appropriate sizes.
Packaging section
Spreading mechanism: A cylinder is used to spread the film on both sides, facilitating the entry of products requiring packaging at any time.


Suction port: The upper layer of the film is lifted and spread using a suction cup.
3. Film suction: Utilize a vacuum pump to generate a vacuum, thereby adsorbing the lower layer of the film from the perforated belt.
4. Material feeding: Push the chain-fed material into the film bag.


5. Sealing: Place the products requiring sealing or edge pressing into the sealing brush for sealing.

Process Description
1. Operators manually place OPP roll film into the feeding rack and level the material before loading it into the storage bin.
2. The film roll from the bag-making machine is conveyed to the hot-cutting section to produce finished bags.
3. The conveyor belt transports the material to the robotic arm's designated position.
4. The manipulator opens the bag opening.
5. The robotic arm loads the material into the bag.
6. The product is delivered to the elevator for material handling.
7. The counter starts counting and automatically counts the finished products as required.
8. Finally, the finished product is packed into boxes.
