Automotive

1. Die-cut damping aluminum foil tape, die-cut electrical tape, foam tape for sealing and bonding

2. Die-cut rearview mirror mount structural bonding tape

3. Die-cut sound-absorbing materials for specific areas

4. Die-cut tapes for in-vehicle LCD, VCD, and DVD displays; die-cut transfer tapes for interior parts; die-cut tapes for bonding various interior trim parts

5. Die-cut protective and cushioning materials; die-cut roof structural sealing tapes, etc.

Products to be installed: Double-sided tape, foam tape, transfer tape, and double-stabilized tape resistant to plasticizers, tapes that reduce fogging, are cut and diced for use on automotive parts, such as instrument panels, lamp housings, and trim pieces. Installation is faster, simpler, and more accurate.

Noise Reduction and Vibration Damping: Die-cut products made of foam, blankets, and scratch-resistant textiles are applied between metal and plastic parts, between plastic parts, and between metal parts to reduce noise and vibration.

Interior Decoration and Cushioning: Various neoprene rubber, foam, and silicone materials are precision die-cut and used in decorative parts, car doors, and headliners.

Other Applications: Car logo installation, high-temperature resistant spray masking paper, airbag sealing, speaker covers, temporary protective sleeves, etc.

Packaging

Die-cutting machines are mainly used in the paper packaging and decoration industry for die-cutting, creasing, and cold embossing of trademarks, boxes, greeting cards, etc., and are important equipment for post-printing packaging processing.

Types of Die-Cutting Machines: Die-cutting machines are mainly divided into three types according to the printing method: rotary-to-rotary, rotary-to-flat, and flat-to-flat. They can also be divided into vertical and horizontal types according to the template placement. Finally, they can be divided into manual (semi-automatic) and automatic types according to the degree of automation. Functionally, in addition to die-cutting, rotary die-cutting machines also offer hot stamping capabilities, hence the name "hot stamping die-cutting machine." Some models also feature automatic waste removal, and are called "waste removal die-cutting machines." Rotary die-cutting machines are characterized by line contact, low die-cutting pressure, and high production efficiency. They can be connected to offset printing machines, flexographic printing machines, gravure printing machines, and other printing equipment for in-line die-cutting, thus having a wide range of applications.
