Fully automatic box gluing machines adopt a modular mechanical structure, typically divided into functional sections including a paper feeding section, pre-folding section, bottom hook (or folding back section), main folding section, pressing section, and conveying section. Each functional section is controlled by the position of metal pressure rollers and plates, completing folding and gluing at specific locations. The paper feeding device ensures accurate paper feeding, the pre-folder pre-folds the creases on the box, the automatic bottom-locking device folds and locks the bottom edge of the box, and the GYROBOX unit or 4/6-corner device is used to handle complex box shapes.

The system uses a solution based on buses such as CANopen to achieve multi-axis (servo and frequency converter) collaborative control, reducing wiring and improving system scalability. The control system features automatic storage and memorization of box type parameters, self-learning of new box types, in-process fine-tuning and storage, parameter validity checking, precise fault location, and sensor calibration. It employs an electronic cam to achieve high-speed, high-precision synchronous motion control, ensuring that complex actions such as paper splicing are matched with the main line speed.
