Overall Structure
Material Installation:Stack the paper to be laminated neatly on the feeder table, and adjust the table height to 5 mm below the paper baffle. Mount the laminated film roll on the film-releasing air shaft, lock it in place with one push and one click, then pull the film to the guide rollers of the main laminating machine and fix it according to the film threading diagram. Adjust the tension of the film shaft to prevent loosening and deviation.
Parameter Debugging: Set parameters via the control panel. Adjust the temperature of the laminating roller to an appropriate range (usually 70–100°C) according to the film material. Set the slitting length based on the paper size, and adjust the pressure of the bonding roller at the same time to ensure tight lamination in subsequent operations. The diagram is as follows:
Structure of Each Part

Feeder Paper Feeding Section
After the machine is started, the feeder paper feeding system controls the timing of suction and blowing air by means of a conjugate cam. The vacuum suction device absorbs a single sheet of paper, which is then conveyed by two wide belts. The belts require no frequent adjustment during conveying. The paper is accurately delivered to the guide position through the conveying track, preparing for subsequent powder removal and laminating, and preventing paper skew from affecting processing accuracy.
Feeder Paper Feeding System
It adopts conjugate cam technology to control air blowing and suction timing, enabling high-speed paper feeding. The feeder is equipped with a pre-loading mechanism that allows continuous paper loading without machine shutdown. Meanwhile, vacuum suction ensures stable paper feeding, and the two wide belts require no adjustment during operation.
Dust Removal Device: Adopts a dual structure of brush dust removal and press dust removal to eliminate dust on the paper surface. In the first brushing stage, as the paper passes through the conveyor belt, the brush roller and row brushes rotate synchronously to remove loose surface dust. Meanwhile, the suction fan starts to draw the removed dust into the dust collector for timely discharge. In the second pressing stage, the brushed paper passes through an electric heating pressure roller, where trace residual dust is compacted or further adsorbed under high temperature and pressure, preventing bubbles and delamination after lamination caused by dust.


Core Laminating Section: Achieves tight bonding between paper and film. On the one hand, the hard chrome composite roller with a built-in electric heating system maintains a constant temperature to ensure even heating of the film. On the other hand, an air-hydraulic booster together with a hydraulic cylinder provides stable pressure for the laminating roller. Paper and tension-controlled film enter between the two rollers simultaneously, and the film bonds perfectly with the paper under the combined effect of temperature and pressure. At the same time, the unwinding shaft with magnetic powder brake maintains stable film tension to prevent wrinkling.
Automatic Slitting Section:The laminated paper is in a continuous form and needs to be cut to preset dimensions. The rotary disc slitting unit of this model is equipped with 4 sets of finely adjustable blades, which operate automatically according to the paper length set in advance.Paper weighing 128g or more can be directly cut online. For thin paper processing, the reverse paper roller can be activated to assist, preventing deformation and edge curling during slitting. After slitting, the paper edges are neat and burr-free.


Paper Delivery & Stacking Section:The cut paper enters the vacuum suction delivery system and remains stable during conveyance. The delivery unit is equipped with 4 sets of side jogging mechanisms and 1 set of rear jogging mechanism. When paper is conveyed to the delivery table, the side mechanisms prevent skewing while the rear mechanism aligns the trailing edges. Meanwhile, the anti-waviness delivery roller enhances paper stiffness, ensuring neat stacking even for long strips. This completes the entire laminating process.
