Overall Structure

Preliminary Preparation

Material Installation: Stack the paper to be laminated neatly on the Feeder paper table, and adjust the table height to 5 mm below the paper stopper. Mount the laminating film roll on the film-releasing air expansion shaft, and lock it in place with one push and one clip. Then pull the film to the guide rollers of the main laminating machine and fix it according to the film threading diagram. Adjust the tension of the film shaft to prevent loosening and deviation.

Parameter Adjustment: Set parameters via the control panel. Adjust the temperature of the laminating rollers to an appropriate range (usually 70–100℃) according to the film material. Set the slitting length based on the paper size, and adjust the pressure of the bonding rollers at the same time to ensure tight lamination in subsequent processing.The diagram is shown below:

Feeder Paper Feeding Section

 

After the machine starts, the feeder paper feeding system controls the timing of air suction and blowing through conjugate cams. The vacuum suction device picks up a single sheet of paper, which is then conveyed by two wide conveyor belts.Frequent belt adjustments are unnecessary during conveyance. Paper sheets are accurately delivered to the stop gauge position along the conveyor track, preparing for the subsequent powder removal and laminating processes, and preventing paper skew from affecting processing accuracy.

 

Feeder Paper Feeding Features

Adopts conjugate cam technology to control air blowing and suction timing, enabling high-speed paper feeding.The paper feeder is equipped with a preloading paper mechanism to realize non-stop continuous paper loading.Meanwhile, it adopts vacuum suction paper transport, and the two wide conveyor belts require no adjustment.

Powder Removal Device

 

Adopts a dual structure of powder brushing + powder compacting to remove dust on paper surfaces.In the first powder brushing stage: paper passes through the conveyor belt. The brush roller and exhaust brush rotate synchronously to brush off surface floating dust. Meanwhile, the exhaust fan starts to immediately suck the brushed dust into the dust collection device for discharge.In the second powder compacting stage: the paper after powder brushing passes through the electric heating pressure roller. Under high temperature and high pressure, residual trace dust is compacted or further adsorbed, so as to prevent bubbles and delamination after film lamination caused by dust.

Lamination Core Process

 

Realizes tight bonding between paper and film.

On one hand, the hard chrome composite roller with built-in electric heating system maintains constant temperature, ensuring uniform heating of the film.On the other hand, the gas-liquid booster cooperates with the hydraulic cylinder to provide stable pressure for the bonding roller.

Paper and tension-controlled film enter between the two rollers synchronously. Under the combined effect of temperature and pressure, the film bonds perfectly with the paper.Meanwhile, the unwinding reel with magnetic powder brake keeps stable film tension to prevent film wrinkling.

Automatic Slitting Process


The laminated paper is continuous and needs to be slit to preset dimensions.The rotary disc slitting device of this machine is equipped with 4 sets of finely adjustable blades, which operate automatically according to the pre-set paper length.
Paper weighing over 128g can be directly slit online. For thin paper processing, the paper reversing roller can be activated for assistance, so as to prevent deformation and edge curling during thin paper slitting.The edges of slit paper are neat and free of burrs.

Paper Collection & Finishing Process


The slit paper enters the vacuum suction paper collection system and remains stable during conveyance.
The paper collection device is equipped with 4 sets of side lifting mechanisms and 1 set of rear aligning mechanism. When paper is delivered to the paper receiving table, the side lifting mechanisms prevent paper deviation, and the rear aligning mechanism straightens the rear edge of paper sheets.
Meanwhile, the paper flattening & anti-waving mechanism improves paper stiffness. Even long strip paper can be stacked neatly. The entire lamination processing procedure is thus completed.
