Winding Mechanism
(Finished products adopt automatic lifting and unloading for easy operation)The winding shafts are driven by a 15KW servo motor connected to air expanding shafts. Winding tension is automatically controlled by the PLC according to the current roll diameter, eliminating the influence of material thickness variation during multi-slitting and ensuring flat end surfaces of all rolls. The flatness of the roll surface can be freely switched between a pneumatic pressure roller and a dead-weight pressure roller. The tightness of the inner and outer layers of finished rolls is controllable in a spiral winding mode. As the winding diameter increases, the PLC automatically reduces the speed of the winding servo motor, greatly extending the service life of the air expanding shafts.
