Gold stamping, die-cutting section


The embossing and die-cutting sections can freely switch between die-cutting and embossing functions by replacing the honeycomb plate and die-cutting plate frame. Equipped with a horizontal foil feeding/retrieval device, it works in tandem with the vertical foil retrieval system to handle complex embossing tasks. The ultra-wear-resistant polyurethane foil feeding mechanism ensures smooth and reliable rotation. The dual-break foil detection system for vertical die-cutting provides real-time monitoring of the gold foil.

Gold-plated parts


The push-type foil release rack allows effortless removal from the machine, enabling quick and easy installation of foil rolls. A holographic positioning system ensures precise alignment for gold stamping operations, enhancing product quality. The 2KW longitudinal foil servo motor guarantees stable and reliable movement of the gold foil.
